1. Licence grant
Your purchase grants you a perpetual right to use the version of Whistle Enterprise covered by your licence. The software stays licensed forever. Nothing is removed and no features are switched off when the update year ends.
2. Update window
Your licence includes one year of updates from the date of purchase. After that year you keep using the most recent version covered by your licence forever. New releases require a fresh licence.
3. Permitted use
Per person. One licence covers a named individual and that individual may install Whistle Enterprise on as many of their own computers as they choose. Team licences cover the number of seats purchased, with one named user per seat.
4. Recording responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to record and transcribe any meetings or audio you process with Whistle Enterprise.
UK and other jurisdictions require notice or consent before recording. Your organisation may also have its own internal policies. These obligations are yours.

6. Limitation of liability
Whistle Enterprise is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, BlazingBanana Ltd's liability for any claim arising from the use of the software is limited to the amount paid for the licence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under English law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
7. Changes to these terms
Updated terms are published on this page. The date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes that affect existing licence holders are communicated by email to the licence address.
