Your update window
Buy today and you can install every new Whistle Enterprise release up to 30 June 2027. After that, your version of the software stays licensed forever. Only new releases stop being available.
Common questions
- Does the software stop working when my update year ends?
- No. You keep the last version covered by your licence and it carries on working forever. Nothing is removed, no features are switched off. Renewing buys another year of updates and the new versions we release in that period. That is the only thing renewal does.
- Can I try it before buying?
- Yes. Every download includes a free 30 day trial so you can confirm it works for you before spending anything. No card required.
- Is the licence per device or per person?
- Per person. Install it on as many of your own computers as you like.
- How does buying for a team work?
- Pick the number of seats on the slider. You get one licence file valid for that many people. The same file activates each person, so you can distribute it internally or have each person import the same attachment. Same software, same features. The only thing seats change is how many people the file is valid for.
- Can I add more seats later?
- Yes. Use the top-up form below. Upload your existing licence, tell us how many seats you want to add, and we re-issue your licence file with the new total seats and the same expiry as before. You only pay for the additional seats, pro-rated against your remaining update window so adding seats mid-year never costs more than buying that many fresh.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase. See the refund policy at /refunds for what to include and how to request one.
Top up an existing licence
Already own a licence and need to add more people? Drop in your existing licence file, tell us how many extra seats you want, and we re-issue the licence with the new total and the same expiry. You only pay for the additional seats, pro-rated against your remaining update window.
