Get a desktop reminder for Teams meetings and start recording from the notification. You can also stop automatically at the Outlook event's scheduled end and save documents to OneDrive or SharePoint.
Whistle works offline without any extensions. The downloads below are signed by BlazingBanana Ltd and need Whistle Enterprise 1.1.8 or later.

Microsoft and Google
Whistle adds the meeting title and invitees to your recording. Each download works on Windows, macOS and Linux.
Google Account
Start recording from a Google Calendar reminder, stop at the scheduled end and save documents to Google Drive.
Google Calendar, Drive and Meet
Includes the same reminders, scheduled stopping and Drive uploads as Google Account. It can also add available Meet participant names and, if enabled, start recording when Google confirms a call is active.
Scheduled stopping and automatic uploads are off by default. Choose one of the two Google extensions. Only one can be on at a time.
Write with ChatGPT or Claude
Use your subscription to write meeting documents in Whistle. These extensions need an internet connection. Your subscription's usage limits still apply.
These extensions send your transcript and document template to OpenAI or Anthropic. Your audio stays on your computer. How your data is used.

Install an extension
- Download the
.whistle-extensionfile. You don't need to unzip it. - Open Whistle Enterprise, then Settings → Integrations. Choose Install extension and select the file.
- Open the installed extension, review its permissions and choose Approve access. Turn the extension on.
- Choose Connect account and sign in.
To write with Codex or Claude Code, select it under Settings → AI → Writing model after signing in. You can switch back to Whistle's local model there too.
Updates and removal
Install a newer download in the same way to update an extension.
You can turn extensions off or remove them in Settings → Integrations. Your meeting records stay in Whistle after removal. Removing an extension doesn't delete uploaded documents or cancel a ChatGPT or Claude subscription.
